Arya Esha does not charge sales tax for orders delivered in the United States with the exception of deliveries in the state of Texas, in which applicable sales tax will be added to the order amount.
Shipping costs are estimated in the shopping bag check out process, and are subject to additional fees based on the order total, shipping destination, and cost to insure your delivery.
Our shopping bag is currently configured for users who are billing and shipping in the United States. Arya Esha, however, more than happy to work with international clients. Please contact Arya Esha at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request. For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any and all custom costs, importation fees, duties, and other local charges that the destination country may impose.
All in-stock items generally take 3-5 business days to process before they are shipped out to the customer. In the event of a production delay, we will promptly notify you with an updated timeframe. An email notification with a tracking number will be sent to the customer once we ship the order. To check on the status of your shipment, click on the tracking number displayed in the e-mail. Arya Esha cannot be held liable for unanticipated delays in production, shipping or address verification.
All domestic shipments are handled by FedEx and will require signature upon delivery. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please be aware that all orders are processed Monday through Friday, and delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
Since jewelry is often given for special occasions, we will be extremely flexible to help you create a wonderful surprise. For an additional fee, we can expedite your delivery for a fast approaching special occasion or we can ship your order to an address other than your home to help you maintain the surprise. Please email email@example.com to make such arrangements.
Once your order is picked up by a carrier, Arya Esha is not responsible for damages or delay in delivery time. Arya Esha will facilitate a resolution with the carrier on your behalf, if any problems arise.
In the case of a lost or stolen package, Arya Esha, the shipper, will immediately file a claim with the mail carrier on your behalf and come to a resolution. When filing a “lost in transit” or “stolen package” report, it can take anywhere from 10-15 business days for the claim to be completed. Arya Esha is unable to replace the lost or stolen item until the claim is completed with the mail carrier.
At Arya Esha we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, except for sized, personalized, custom orders, you may exchange Arya Esha jewelry within 14 business days by following the steps below:
- Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the purchaser’s name and Order ID within 7 business days of receiving your item and a customer service representative will contact you within 2-5 business days. All exchange items must be received within 14 business days of being approved by the customer care representative.
- Once approved for exchange, you will receive an email with a Exchange Authorization Number and instructions for exchanging your item. Arya Esha will not accept packages without an Exchange Authorization Number, required paperwork, or packaging.
- Please allow 2-5 business days for the exchange to be processed by a customer care representative.
Arya Esha offers repairs for jewelry purchased within one year. Please note that repairs are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and additional charges may apply. Please email email@example.com with the item in need of repair, what repair is needed, details from the original sales invoice and your contact information. If Arya Esha determines that your repair can be accepted, we will reply and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping information. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for a repair assessment. If applicable, a repair fee estimate will be provided either prior to or upon receipt of your item, depending on the nature of the repair. Please note that we are not responsible for your item until it is in our possession and that repairs typically require 4-6 weeks to complete.
